Matthew Weber

Matthew Weber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management within both the military and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since January 2023, Matthew advises Department of Defense (DoD) leaders on the Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority Strategy. Prior to this role, Matthew dedicated over 25 years to the US Army, fulfilling various influential positions including Senior Manager and Division Chief in policy development, Chair of the Military Science Department at Georgetown University, and Battalion Commander of the Infantry Basic Officer Leadership Course. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
