Thom McElroy

Thom McElroy is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP's Retail Practice, a position held since June 2008. Prior to joining Deloitte, Thom served as a Managing Director at Accenture from July 1991 to June 2008, where responsibilities included leading Human Capital initiatives for the Retail Industry. Thom holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
