Volker Burgers

Volker Burgers has extensive experience in cyber strategy, currently serving as Partner and Cyber Strategy Lead for Germany at Deloitte since October 2013, having previously held roles as Director and Senior Manager. Prior to Deloitte, Volker Burgers worked at Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. KG from April 2011 to September 2013, progressing from Senior Consultant to Manager and then Senior Manager. Volker's career began with a position as a Working Student at Airbus and included an internship at McKinsey & Company. Academically, Volker Burgers earned a Master of Science in International Management and Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences.
