Markus Weber

Markus is Deloitte's Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive team in Switzerland. He leads the Quality, Risk & Security function and is a senior tax expert with more than 18 years of experience in investment fund structuring, U.S. Withholding Taxes & Reporting and other operational taxes as well as tax transparency regimes. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was the managing director of a fund management company, followed by a role as executive director in the group tax department of a leading Swiss bank, where he was responsible for compliance with cross-border U.S. tax regulations.
