Lisa provides tax advice to multinationals and works with tax VPs to ensure their acquisitions, disposals, expansions, cross border financing, transfer pricing and tax compliance happen smoothly and effectively. She works regularly with a global network of international tax partners on complex projects. Lisa is based in the Reading office, a centre of excellence for International Tax Services, and leads a national team of international tax partners focused on foreign owned clients in the UK.
