Adam Kolaczyk

Adam Kolaczyk is a Partner at Deloitte Audit & Assurance, where they specialize in audit and accounting advisory for financial services clients and lead the Deloitte FSI Audit & Assurance team in Poland. With over 25 years of experience, Adam has worked extensively in international environments, managing complex projects and building a multi-location business unit employing 150 staff at Deloitte. Before joining Deloitte, Adam gained valuable experience at Arthur Andersen, where they advanced from Audit Assistant to Manager. They are also a Certified Public Accountant and have served as a co-owner and member of the management board at Fintank sp. z o.o., an advisory and audit firm. Adam holds a Master of Science degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Jagiellonian University.
