Adam Mather is currently the Head of Sanctions and Export Controls (UK & CH) at Deloitte LLP, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s sanctions and export controls compliance programme. Previously, they served as the Regional Head of the UKI Sanctions & Embargoes Office at Deutsche Bank and held various roles in sanctions policy and financial crime prevention at Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC. Adam has an extensive educational background, including a BA Honours in Theology from Durham University and a Master's degree in Canon Law from Heythrop College, London. Additionally, they completed a Rabbinic Ordination and received distinctions from the International Compliance Association.
