Amber Bergeron is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Customer Strategy & Design practice. They have a strong background in organization development, change management, and customer experience, having designed and implemented successful programs in various sectors including legal, federal, and nonprofit. Previously, Amber founded Agora, George Mason University’s official student organization for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and held roles at Latham & Watkins and Arc Aspicio, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Amber is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development & Knowledge Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
