Arun Malik

Arun Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of CRM and consulting. Currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since January 2024, Arun previously held the position of Technical Director at KPMG India from June 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the KPMG Dynamics CRM Practice in North India. Prior to that, Arun was the Vice President at Dynamics Square, focusing on driving the CRM business from December 2015 to June 2018. Earlier roles include Principal Consultant at All e Technologies from 2004 to 2015, specializing in Dynamics CRM, and a Consultant at Info Dimensions from February 2001 to October 2003, working with NAVISION and web solutions. Arun Malik holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and an undergraduate degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Education was initiated at S.D. Public School in Muzaffarnagar.
