Beth Flores

Beth Flores is a strategist dedicated to driving innovation in mission-driven organizations through human-centered design and entrepreneurial principles. They have held various roles, including Managing Director at Deloitte’s Government and Public Sector practice, where they integrate design thinking with business strategy. Beth previously served as a Program Manager at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where they led initiatives against trafficking in weapons of mass destruction and advanced leadership development. With experience in various sectors, including government, business, and social impact, Beth co-founded the Federal Innovators Network and established Impact Hub DC to support social entrepreneurs. They hold an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
