Bill Skinner

Bill Skinner possesses extensive experience in financial management and logistics within the U.S. Navy and various defense-related organizations. Notable roles include Comptroller and Deputy Comptroller at US Fleet Forces Command from June 2013 to June 2020, and Chief of Staff positions at both the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Logistics Directorate and Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan. Bill has also served as a Supply Officer on multiple naval vessels, including USS George Washington (CVN 73) and USS Germantown (LSD-42). Bill's academic credentials include a Master of Science from Troy University, an MBA from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy, supplemented by advanced studies at the National Defense University. Currently, Bill serves as a Specialist Executive at Deloitte.
