Bob Burnett

Bob Burnett is an experienced professional with a robust background in consulting and HR transformation. Starting as a Summer Associate at Deloitte & Touche in 1993, Bob progressed to Senior Consultant, leading critical testing efforts for HR and Payroll implementations. Bob held various leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting from 1998 to 2001, including Manager and Senior Manager, where significant contributions included managing a large-scale PeopleSoft implementation for a Fortune 100 retailer and defining HR strategies for a global client facing a major acquisition. Since 2007, Bob has served as Director at Deloitte, focusing on the transformation of the HR Analyst program. Prior to consulting, Bob gained management experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Gap Inc. Bob's educational background includes a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
