Carol Warden

Carol Warden is a Partner in Assurance & Advisory at Deloitte Australia with over 20 years of experience in professional consulting roles. They previously served as a Senior Manager at KPMG from 2010 to 2015 and held positions at Deloitte as a Manager and later as a Director. Carol also worked as a Financial Accounting Lecturer at the University of Cape Town in 2003. They hold a Masters in Tax Law, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
