Carole Mendonca, CPACC, is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility at Deloitte Canada, a position held since 2025. Previously, Carole served as the National Leader for Accessibility at Deloitte Canada, overseeing the execution of the firm's Accessibility strategy to promote inclusion for neurodivergent individuals and those with disabilities. Carole has also contributed to the Canadian German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Inc. as an Official Representative for Deutsche Messe AG and a Business Development Manager. Carole is pursuing a Bachelor with Honours in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Carleton University and a Post Graduate degree in Inclusion and Leadership at Centennial College.
