Casper Kjær Andersen

Casper Kjær Andersen is a Partner at Deloitte, specializing in assurance offerings and leading financial process improvement initiatives. With a strong background in financial process optimization and internal controls over financial reporting, they have extensive project experience in the mid-large cap segment across various industries. Previously, Casper worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, offering technical accounting support and improving financial processes. They began their career as an Auditor at Revision Syd before furthering their expertise at Deloitte. Casper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial and Accounting Management from the University of Southern Denmark and a Master’s in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
