Chloe Chia is a multidisciplinary designer and design strategist with a strong background in both creative fields and strategic development. Chloe has worked across various industries, including hospitality, public sector, and finance, applying a research-led approach to create compelling narratives that harmonize user desires with business objectives. Currently, Chloe serves as a designer, photographer, and filmmaker at Haych Digital while also taking on management roles at Deloitte in Innovation & Ventures and Strategy & Business Design. Their education includes a Bachelor of Humanities and Arts from Carnegie Mellon University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Beijing. Outside of corporate work, Chloe is a multicultural wedding photographer, bringing a unique perspective to their diverse projects.
