Chloé Monot is a Senior Manager in Organization Strategy & Design at Deloitte, co-leading the Organization Design offering. With over seven years of experience advising CXOs, they previously held roles ranging from Consultant to Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Chloé gained early experience as an Internal Consultant Intern at GEODIS, where they contributed to post-merger integration efforts in North America. They are currently pursuing a degree in Design Thinking at EMY DIGITAL.
