Clayton E. Jose is an accomplished global information technology leader with over two decades of extensive experience in IT strategy, service management, information security, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Global Service Management at Deloitte since 2012, Clayton leads a 53-person global organization focused on ITIL processes, continuous improvement, and service delivery. Previously, for Sempra Energy, Clayton held significant roles including Senior Manager of the Infrastructure Program Office and Business Relationship Manager, where they managed large teams and IT projects with substantial budgets. Clayton holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Computer Science and Finance from James Madison University.
