Cliff Mansfield

Cliff Mansfield is the Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, bringing over 24 years of experience in human resources with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions for the last 13 years. They began their career as an intern at MAU Workforce Solutions and have held various HR roles at MetoKote Corporation, A.O. Smith, Siemens, and AT&T, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager on the M&A team. Cliff has been with Deloitte since 2011, progressing from Senior Manager to Managing Director, and specializes in HR functional separations, organizational design, and change management. They hold an MBA from East Tennessee State University and a BS in Human Resources from Clemson University.
