Danielle Lesko

Danielle Lesko is the Managing Director of Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting, bringing over 25 years of consulting experience focused on the health care delivery lifecycle. They have led large-scale transformations across multiple industries, demonstrating expertise in process transformation, change management, and workforce readiness. Danielle has worked with various national and regional health plans, providers, and PBMs, specializing in complex system and process implementations. Their career includes significant roles at both Deloitte and Accenture, where they managed large teams and coordinated transformational efforts in health care. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Villanova University.
