Rupali Sharma

Rupali Sharma has over 16 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Rupali is currently serving as the Director - Human Capital at Matrix Partners India, where they have been working since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rupali held the position of Vice President - Human Capital at the same company from May 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Matrix Partners India, Rupali worked at redBus as an Associate Director - Human Resources from April 2018 to May 2019. Rupali's career also includes their tenure at IQVIA (formerly known as Quintiles), where they worked as a Manager- Staffing from April 2014 to April 2015. During this time, they managed a 10-member team and handled hiring requirements for 55% of all Business Units in India.

Rupali began their career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2009, where they held various HR roles, including Manager - Human Resources from February 2011 to April 2013. At TCS, they gained experience as an HR Business partner and developed expertise in HR processes and controls.

Rupali's early work experience includes a winter project at HCL Technologies in 2008, a summer internship at GE Money Bank in 2008, and a role in quality-back office at Citi India from April 2005 to May 2006.

Rupali Sharma obtained an MBA (HRD) degree in HR and OD from the Delhi School of Economics from 2007 to 2009. Rupali also holds a Higher Secondary degree in Economics, statistics, and Maths from Cotton College. Additionally, they have a B.A (Hons) degree in Economics from Delhi University. Rupali Sharma has a certification in Six Sigma, Green Belt from XLNC Academy of Business Management.
