Darren Rydberg

Darren Rydberg is the Principal and Associate General Counsel at Deloitte, where they focus on software licensing, information technology services, outsourcing, digital privacy, and intellectual property. Prior to their current role, they served as Assistant General Counsel at Deloitte from 2008 to 2014 and as Corporate Counsel at Oracle from 2005 to 2008. Darren's legal career began as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court under Hon. Katharine Hayden, and they have also held positions as Senior Counsel at BNY Mellon and Associate at Reed Smith and Nuara & Associates. They earned a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and hold both a BS in Finance/English and an MBA in Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
