Andrew Ward

Andrew Ward is the Deputy General Counsel at KPMG LLP and has been with the company since 2003, where they have advised on a wide range of legal issues related to audit, tax, and advisory functions. Before joining KPMG, Andrew worked as an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 1998 to 2003, focusing on civil litigation and regulatory investigations. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School, a Master's Degree in European Economic Community - History/Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, Andrew manages a group within KPMG that provides legal counsel on regulatory and professional liability issues.
