David Eaton

David Eaton has extensive experience in financial leadership roles within governmental agencies in Rhode Island. From January 2015 to August 2015, David served as Chief Financial Officer for the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families. Prior to this, David worked as a Fiscal Advisor for the Rhode Island Department of Revenue, focusing on state intervention in municipalities facing fiscal crisis in Woonsocket and East Providence. David's responsibilities also included serving as the Assistant to the Governor’s Deputy Chief of Staff and as a Senior Advisor to the State Receiver in Central Falls. David's tenure in public service includes a role as Chief Financial Officer at the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency. Currently, David is with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in Government and Public Services - Human Services Transformation since August 2015. David holds an MBA from Bryant University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
