David Nook

David Nook is the US Tax Director at Deloitte UK, where they specialize in a variety of US domestic and international tax issues across multiple industries. With extensive experience in general tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and international structuring, David has worked with numerous US inbound and outbound investment funds and multinational corporations since relocating to London in January 2008. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Deloitte, including Assistant Manager and Associate Director. David earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from Bradley University. They are also a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
