David Seo

David Seo is a Managing Director at Deloitte M&A Tax Services, specializing in tax diligence and structuring. With over 20 years of experience, they have advised private equity and strategic clients on various tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, particularly in mid-market PE acquisitions across healthcare, consumer products, and information technology sectors. Previously, David worked as Tax Counsel at Boeing Capital Corporation and held positions at Skadden Arps and EY. They are currently pursuing a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law School.
