David Sorgen is currently a Principal and Associate General Counsel at Deloitte, having previously served as Assistant General Counsel from 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining Deloitte, David worked as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 1992 to 2003 and gained valuable experience as an Investigative Analyst for the New York County District Attorney between 1987 and 1989. David earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Carleton College. Additionally, David participated in the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program in Surat, India, from 1982 to 1983.
