Rebecca Riegert

Rebecca Riegert serves as the Executive Principal and Associate General Counsel for Cybersecurity and Data Protection at OCC since October 2022. Prior to this role, Riegert was Counsel for Data Privacy at The Kraft Heinz Company from June 2021 to October 2022. Riegert also gained significant experience as a Staff Attorney focusing on Technology, Cybersecurity, and Operations at CME Group from January 2013 to June 2021. Riegert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
