Debra Tancinco

Debra Tancinco, CPA, currently serves as a Learning & Development Manager at Deloitte, co-leading the Rewards, Recognition & Well-being L&D team, focusing on empowering employees through a comprehensive portfolio of learning experiences. Prior to this role, Debra held positions as Lead Learning & Development Specialist, overseeing program operations and supporting key firm initiatives. Debra's extensive experience also includes being a Learning/Performance Consultant at St. Charles Consulting Group, managing projects at a multinational professional services firm, and owning Acuity Consulting Inc. Additionally, Debra has taught MBA accounting courses at Ohio University and previously held a Senior Manager position at Arthur Andersen & Co., leading significant initiatives to enhance employee retention and compliance in professional education. Debra holds an MS in Accounting from The University of Toledo and a BA in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
