Dimitar Ganev

Dimitar Ganev is a senior EU funding and incentives expert with 15 years of experience in public procurement, EU Structural and Cohesion Funds, and innovation financing. They have held positions at various institutions, including the Ministry of Regional Development, where they supported the managing authority of the Operational Programme “Regional Development” and led compliance audit procedures. Currently, Dimitar serves as the Director of Global Investment and Innovation Incentives at Deloitte, specializing in guiding governments and private entities through complex funding ecosystems. They have also taken on roles at PwC and New I JSC, further solidifying their expertise in EU grants and strategic advisory services across Southeast Europe. Dimitar holds a degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
