Dirk Baken

Dirk Baken is a Partner at Deloitte, bringing over 20 years of experience in international business tax advisory for Multinationals and Mid Market clients. Specializing in M&A, Post Merger Integration, and business model optimization, Dirk is responsible for all tax services delivered to clients based out of Eindhoven and Amsterdam, focusing on the Industrial and High Tech sectors. Dirk also serves as the NL ‘Private Companies’ Leader for Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice, emphasizing the importance of long-term client relationships based on a deep understanding of business and strategic goals. Prior to Deloitte, Dirk worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC from 2000 to 2003 and holds Master’s degrees in Law and Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University.
