Dwayne Van Wieren

Dwayne Van Wieren is a Partner at Deloitte with over 32 years of experience in US Indirect Tax services, specializing in severance, sales, and use taxes. Currently, Dwayne leads Deloitte’s Oil and Gas Severance Tax practice in Houston, Texas, after having previously directed the National Indirect Tax practice. Their prior roles include serving as a partner at another Big Four Firm and as a sales and use tax auditor with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Dwayne holds degrees in Business Administration and Management and Finance from the University of Houston and the University of Houston-Clear Lake, respectively.
