E.J. Forlini

E.J. Forlini is a Principal at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they specialize in corporate tax planning, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-off transactions, and consolidated returns. Previously, they served as an Attorney and Assistant Branch Chief at the US Department of Treasury - IRS Office of Chief Counsel from 2001 to 2005.
