Ed Custodio

Ed Custodio is an executive recruiting team member at Deloitte, where they have been working since 2022. They hold a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with an emphasis in government and policies and have extensive experience in recruiting operations, diversity and inclusion, and military transition programs. Previously, Ed managed career transitions for veterans at the Wounded Warrior Project and served as a U.S. Army Recruiter and Station Commander for over 22 years. Ed is passionate about helping individuals reach their career goals and enjoys coaching youth sports and volunteering at a food bank in their free time.
