Eduardo Refosco

Eduardo Refosco is a Tax Partner at Deloitte Brazil with over 24 years of experience in tax consulting and audit services. They have specialized expertise in transfer pricing, international tax, and corporate tax, currently overseeing the development of the Business Tax and Transfer Pricing service lines in the South and Mid-West of Brazil. Eduardo previously worked with Deloitte Canada from 2007 to 2009 as a Transfer Pricing Manager, providing services based on OECD Guidelines for North American companies. Currently, they serve as a Fiscal Council Member for IBEF-RS since 2025. Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Tax Law from PUC-RS and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from UFRGS.
