Ekhoe Ame-Ogie

Ekhoe Ame-Ogie is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the HR Leader for West Africa at Deloitte, where they oversee HR organizational strategy and culture transformation across multiple business lines. With a rich background in talent development and organizational performance, Ekhoe previously held various leadership roles, including Head of Human Capital Development at SunTrust Bank Nigeria and Head of Employee Relations and Engagement at Guaranty Trust Bank. They are also an ICF Professional Certified Coach and have founded the Uthrive Community, an online platform for personal and career development. Ekhoe is pursuing a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Ambrose Alli University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London.
