Elissa Carroll

Elissa Carroll is an experienced educator and facilitator specializing in learning and development. Currently serving as a Lead Learning and Development Specialist at Deloitte, they support the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions. Previously, Elissa held various roles at Quinnipiac University, including Director of Student Affairs for the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine, where they operationalized student onboarding and learning development experiences. Their earlier positions included Associate Director of Conference & Event Management and Associate Director of Student Programs & Leadership Development at Fairfield University. Elissa holds a Master’s degree in Applied Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
