In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations of a $2B business, driving significant growth and operational efficiency. Ellen has a robust background in customer experience and operations, having previously worked as a Transmission Line Projects Engineer at American Electric Power. They hold an MBA from Dartmouth College and a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
