Emma Berry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and strategic management. Emma's career includes roles at Deloitte, where multiple positions ranging from Analyst to Director involved leading transformation projects focused on organization design, operating models, and mergers and acquisitions for global clients. Emma's tenure at Metrika as a Strategy Consultant included projects such as strategic workforce planning for state social services and digital transformation for a national telecommunications provider.
