Emyr Rowlands

Emyr Rowlands has extensive experience in payroll and pensions management, having served as Head of Payroll & Pensions at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust from August 2011 to January 2017. Following that role, Emyr worked as Assistant Director at Education Personnel Management Limited from January 2017 to February 2020, before advancing to Director - Payroll Services at Saffery in October 2021, a position that includes a prior role as Senior Manager - Payroll Services. Emyr also held the position of Payroll Manager at Whittington Health between August 2009 and August 2011. Currently, Emyr is an Associate Director - Payroll Delivery at Deloitte, a role started in May 2025.
