Erik Luysterborg is the Data Protection & Privacy Lead Partner at Deloitte Switzerland, bringing over 20 years of global experience in advising organizations on data protection and privacy. Before their role in Switzerland, Erik served as a Partner in Cyber Risk Services at Deloitte Belgium and EMEA and acted as Deloitte’s global Chief Privacy Officer for four years. Erik's career also includes working as an Assistant Resident Counsel and Compliance Officer at JP Morgan. They hold a Master of Laws and a Master in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
