Fiona Tait

Fiona Tait is currently the Chief of Staff to the Senior Partner and CEO of Deloitte North and South Europe, where they have played a pivotal role since 2019 in driving the CEO's strategic agenda and managing critical projects. Previously, Fiona held various leadership positions at Deloitte, including Director in both the International Markets and UK Global Office, contributing to the firm's go-to-market strategy for key global markets. Prior to their current role, they were a key member of the merger transaction team that formed Deloitte NSE and served in leadership roles at Clifford Chance and Close Brothers Equity Markets. Fiona holds a BA in French & International Studies from the University of Warwick, an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and completed the Executive Management Programme at the University of Oxford's Said Business School. In their free time, Fiona enjoys traveling and photography.
