Flavia Staud is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in managing leadership teams in Analytics projects and services. They have a robust background in client relationship management, vendor oversight, and project management, utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies. Flavia held various roles at Sicredi, including Coordinadora de Suporte a Projetos de Seguros and later Coordinadora de BI, and served as General Manager of Projects at RCI Consulting S/A. Most recently, they worked at Deloitte as Senior Manager and then Director in Analytics, Cognitive & Business Intelligence. Flavia earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Business Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
