Francis Chang

Francis Chang is a Senior Manager in International Tax at Deloitte Canada, where they focus on Canadian inbound and outbound taxation. They previously served as a Senior Tax Analyst and Tax Manager at Deloitte from 2014 to 2016, and held positions at EY as a Senior Tax Staff and Tax Staff from 2013 to 2014. Francis also gained experience at Dentons as a Tax Associate and Articled Student in 2019. They earned a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from UBC Sauder School of Business, alongside a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
