Bui Hai Minh

Bui Hai Minh is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Manager in International Tax at Rakuten since January 2025. Prior to this role, Bui held the position of Tax Director at Love, Bonito from July 2022 to December 2024, and served as a Senior Tax Manager. Bui also gained valuable experience at PwC Singapore as a Manager in Corporate Tax Advisory between September 2018 and June 2022 and worked as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Tax Compliance at KPMG Singapore from July 2014 to August 2018. Earlier in the career, Bui was a Tax Officer at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore in 2012 and worked as a Relief Teacher at National Junior College in 2011.
