Georges Wantz

Georges Wantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the information technology and data protection sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Deloitte Luxembourg since September 2016, Georges previously held the position of Commissioner at the CNPD - Commission nationale pour la protection des données from January 2015 to September 2016. Previous roles include Head of Systems & Operations and Head of IT at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie., as well as a decade-long tenure at Fortis Luxembourg in various managerial capacities. Georges holds a Diplôme d'études approfondies in Information Technology from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, and an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from TELECOM Nancy.
