Glenn Kinard

Glenn Kinard, CPA CPP, is the Managing Director of Payroll and Personnel Solutions at Deloitte, where they oversee payroll services for over 150,000 employees across multiple countries. With more than 24 years of Big 4 experience, Glenn has demonstrated expertise in global payroll, SAP, and PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS/HRIS. They have previously held key roles, including Director of a Shared Service Center and Manager of Consulting for KPMG, where they focused on payroll and human resources consulting. Glenn is also an active member of the Payroll Executives Council for The Conference Board and a certified expert in Global Payroll Management by the American Payroll Association. Currently, they are pursuing studies in Strategic Leadership at Yale School of Management.
