Héctor Flórez is the CEO of Deloitte Spain, a role they have held since June 2022, coordinating the Steering Committee in Spain and serving on the Deloitte Spain Executive Committee as well as the Executive Committee of Deloitte Global. They attended IESE Business School – University of Navarra in 1999. They led Deloitte Spain's Consulting practice from 2017 to 2021. In 2011 they took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Deloitte Spain while leading the Strategy and Operations practice. In 2015 they oversaw the launch of Monitor Deloitte in the Spanish market, participated in the publication of studies on the financial services industry, and promoted the Mentoring programme.
