Henry Niden

Henry Niden is an Audit Partner at RSM, where they provide financial audit, accounting, and consulting services to a diverse range of public and private entities. With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, Henry has expertise in initial public offerings, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Before joining RSM in 2013, Henry was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they managed audit practices and served prominent clients. Henry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Emory University, graduating in 1987.
