Inga Riggins

Inga Riggins is a Managing Director and serves as the Human Resources Transformation Offering Leader for Deloitte's Government & Public Services Human Capital practice. They have over 20 years of experience leading HR technology and business process operations programs across Federal and commercial organizations. Riggins has notably led the development of the FedRAMP certified core Human Capital Management system on the SuccessFactors suite and implemented integrated talent management for organizations serving over 80,000 employees. Additionally, they have served as a program executive for HR platform implementation for a department supporting over 300,000 employees. Riggins earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
